Not long ago...it was during the last chapter meeting at Bob St.Clair's house if I recall...some words of wisdom transpired for all homebuilders to hear. Our very own guru of gadgets and prophet of parts explained the real reason why we need to install every conceivable "neat thing" in our airplanes. Not only do they invoke severe envy attacks on all those who look inside your airplane at Oshkosh but they also help create great stories to tell in the bar-room after a flight.
